This Privacy Policy explains how Townsend collects, uses, and discloses personal data (“Personal Information” or “PII”) when you visit this website (www.townsendsolutions.com) website and other Townsend websites that display or link to this Privacy Statement (collectively, the “Sites”).
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to alter and update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We therefore invite you to review the current version of the Privacy Policy each time you use or access our Sites.

Our Sites are intended for general audiences. In accordance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”), we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from individuals under 16 years of age.

Townsend may obtain Personal Information from a variety of sources, including information you provide directly, data collected automatically through your use of our Sites, and information we receive from third parties.
When we collect Personal Data, it may include your IP address, first and last name, your postal and email address, your telephone number, your job title, data for social networks, your areas of interest, interest in specific Townsend products, and certain information about the company you are working for (company name and address). We may also connect existing and third-party data about the company you work for including company name, address, phone number, and other data we may have including operations performed, plant locations, products manufactured and raw materials used.
We will keep your personal data for as long as needed to handle your request or for as long as we have a relationship with you.
Information You Provide to Us
We collect Personal Information that you voluntarily provide when you interact with our Sites, such as:

- Billing and Payment Details: Credit card or other payment information for purchases or subscriptions.

Cookies and Tracking Controls. You can manage cookie preferences in your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect functionality of certain site features.
Access, Correction, and Deletion. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your Personal Information by contacting dataprivacy@townsendsolutions.com. We may verify your identity before fulfilling your request and will comply with applicable laws.
How We Protect Personal Data
We have established safeguards to help prevent unauthorized access to or misuse of your information, but cannot guarantee that your information will never be disclosed in a manner inconsistent with this Privacy Policy (for example, as a result of unauthorized acts by third parties that violate applicable law or our and our affiliated providers’ policies). Do Not Track Disclosure
Some browsers include “Do Not Track” (DNT) settings. Because no uniform standard for DNT signals has been adopted, Townsend Solutions does not currently respond to DNT requests.

Any personal information which we may collect via the Sites may be stored and processed in our servers located in the United States or in any other country in which we, or our affiliates, subsidiaries or agents, maintain facilities. You consent to any such transfer of personal information outside your country of residence to any such location and acknowledge that the data protection laws of those countries may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
Payment Processing
When you make a purchase through our Site, payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Any information you provide to a payment processor will be subject to that provider’s privacy policy, not this one.
